Article Goal: To guide Administrators on how to navigate within a hub to a member's profile, view their information, and manage their account details, including editing, deleting, and bulk updating members.
✅ Navigating to Member Information
There are a few different ways to view member-related information, depending on what you need to see:
Members: This tab provides access to the member directory, which is the main, user-facing list of all members in the Hub. Only members who opted to have their profile in the directory will appear on this page.
Manage members: This tab shows an administrative list of all members, along with options to manage their data and access.
Add members: This page allows you to see the status of all invitations you have sent to members who have not yet joined.
✅ Viewing/Editing & Deleting a Member's Profile
From the administrative list of members (typically found under the Manage members tab), you can access several quick actions by clicking the three dots (...) on the far right of a member's row.
View Profile: Opens the member's full profile details.
Edit Membership: Opens a side panel to edit the member's segment information.
Remove from Hub: This action removes the member from the current Hub. They will still be able to log in to 10KC but will no longer have access to this Hub.
Delete Account: This action permanently deletes the member's account. They will have no access to any part of 10KC. This action cannot be undone.
✅ Bulk Editing Members
You can update the profile information for a large number of members at once by importing a CSV file.

From the "Manage Members" tab, click the "Actions" dropdown and select "Edit members".
Prepare Your Data File: On the "Bulk update member profiles" page, you have two options for your CSV file:
Download a sample CSV that includes all Hub members to make your updates.
Or, create your own file that includes the member emails and the specific segments you want to update.
Upload and Map Data: Once your file is ready, select and upload it to start the import process. The system will guide you to map your file's columns to the correct member information fields.
Review and Confirm: After mapping, you will be taken to a review screen. There will be a tab for Valid data and a tab for Invalid data with any errors for you to review and make edits.
Finalize Import: Once you have reviewed and confirmed your changes, click the final button to complete the bulk update.
✅ Bulk Exporting Members
You can export a list of all members in your Hub for record-keeping or analysis.
From the "Manage Members" tab, use the "Action" dropdown.
Click the "Export Members."
You will receive an email shortly with members information.
✅ Bulk Deleting Members
You can bulk delete number of members from your Hub
From the "Manage Members" tab, use the "Action" dropdown.
Click the "Actions" dropdown and select "Remove Members From Hub"
A popup window will appear where you can download a template
Please do not modify the template headers.
The only information required is the email address for each member you wish to remove from the hub.
Fill in the correct email for each member that will be removed from the hub and Save the CSV file.
