What is Introductions Opt-In Clean Up?

Introductions Opt-In Clean Up is a feature that allows 10KC to automatically opt members out of Introductions after a period of non-participation. This is a helpful tool to ensure that active participants are receiving value from Hub Introductions and are consistently being matched with engaged participants.

The cleanup runs on the 1st day of every month and automatically opts participants out who have not engaged with 10KC within the designated time period.

Enable or Edit Introductions Opt-In Clean Up

  1. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Introduction > Schedule

  2. At the bottom of the page, see Introductions opt-in clean up

  3. Select the toggle to enable or disable this feature

  4. If enabling, select the Number of days

  5. Your changes will automatically be saved

10KC Best Practices

  • Select a Number of days that covers 3 Introduction periods to account for vacations or periods of unavailability by participants, rounded up. For example, if your Introductions are set to a 4 week frequency, select a 90 day opt-out period (4 weeks x 7 days x 3 periods = 84 days, rounded up to 90).
