About: Introductions Matching Cut-off Date

What is the Introductions Matching Cut-off Date?

The Introductions Matching Cut-off Date is the date that 10KC will attempt to match members for in the current Introductions Cycle. If a match is available, the 10KC matching algorithm will attempt to match members between the Introductions Send Date and the Matching Cut-off Date.

If a member joins the Hub mid-cycle (between the Introductions Send Date and the Matching Cut-off Date), the member will receive a match if a match is available. This Matching Cut-off Date will also attempt to re-match participants if their match opted out of Introductions after receiving the match.

Edit Matching Cut-off Date

  1. In the left navigation menu of the Hub, select Introductions > Schedule

  2. Scroll to Matching cut-off date

  3. View or edit the date that you would like the Matching cut-off to take place until

  4. Your changes will automatically be saved. All future Introductions cycles will use the delay between this date and the Introductions Send Date as the Matching Cut-off Date
