Customer Success Manager
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is here to help you achieve your program goals, and support you in tracking your success and opportunities along the way.
Your CSM will work with you on things like a launch plan, employee/member adoption strategy, integration with your existing systems, Office Hour strategy, leader and employee/member engagement plan, program promotion plan, and more.

The Support Team at 10KC is all things technical. Whether you’re experiencing a bug, have questions about using the platform or anything in between, we’re here to help you get the most out of your experience.
