We’ll take care of every detail from sending Introductions through your communication channel of choice, to serving up conversation starters and collecting feedback. The result? What are Introductions?

Introductions match members in your Hub based on shared goals and interests for 1:1 networking sessions. They’re completely automated, and can run as frequently as you’d like.

How it works

  1. Members are sent an invite via the communication channel of your choice—Slack, Teams, email, etc.. 
  2. Members claim their invite and set up their profile by adding in their goals and interests.
  3. The 10KC smart-matching algorithm automatically matches members for 1:1 conversations based on their profile and other organizational attributes like role, tenure, location and more.  
  4. Matched members are provided with details about their match and suggested discussion topics to drive the conversation 
  5. Members connect and provide feedback
  6. Program Administrators use program feedback to view and celebrate impact and inform program innovation
