Can Office Hours survey questions be customized?

The questions included in the survey can be customized at the template level. They cannot be customized at the individual Office Hour level.

⭐️ Tip: While it is possible to customize the questions for each template, the questions that are included were thoughtfully crafted to measure the business impact associated with that particular template. Keeping questions consistent across templates allows for benchmarking event types.

How many questions can a survey have?

A survey can have a maximum of 7 questions.
