Q: Does 10KC support more than one Single-Sign-On connection per tenant?

A: Yes! Simply follow setup steps for each SSO connection you want to create. Once done setup on your side, contact product support so we can enable additional SSO buttons on your login page.

Q: What SSO platforms does 10KC support?

A: 10KC supports nearly all major SSO platforms, including:

  • Microsoft Azure AD
  • Microsoft ADFS
  • Microsoft OAuth
  • Google
  • Okta
  • Oracle
  • OneLogin
  • PingFed
  • ADP
  • Auth0
  • CAS
  • CyberArk
  • Duo
  • JumpCloud
  • KeyCloak
  • LastPass
  • Login.gov

If your SSO platform is not on the list, we may still be able to support the connection if it uses the SAML protocol or OpenID Connect protocol.

Q: A user received a login error with SSO. How can we help?

A: Most often, when a user receives an error when authenticating via SSO, the issue is due to a setting in your SSO platform. This may be that the user needs to be added to the user group that has access to 10KC. Suggest that the user share the error message with your SSO Administrator. If the issue persists, have the user reach out to support@10kc.com

Q: Can we convert a tenant to SSO only and disable any passwordless login links?

A: Yes! A tenant can be converted to SSO by a Tenant Administrator. To do this, navigate to Tenant Admin > Security and Login section. Ensure enable email login is disabled and that enable SSO login and enable SSO sign up are enabled.

Q: Which users should be granted access to 10KC via SSO?

A: All employees or members that are eligible to participate in the 10KC program should be granted access to 10KC via SSO.

Q: Is it possible to exclude certain groups or members from accessing 10KC using SSO?

A: Yes! HR IT can manage accounts and access through rules they setup in your SSO platform. The user group will need to be updated and maintained in your SSO platform to exclude employees or groups of employees.
