This article is for admins who want to integrate their company's calendar system with 10KC so their employees can easily book meetings with each other via 10KC platform.
â Availability
10KC only integrates with Outlook Web (powered by Microsoft Exchange Online) and Google Workspace calendar systems and does not integrate with Microsoft Exchange On-prem calendar systems. However, our easy-add-to-calendar functionality is available for all calendar systems.

Outlook Web Calendar User Experience
Members are able to find mutually available times while booking meetings for 10KC Introductions and 10KC Development Programs. Since 10KC Office Hours have an event format with multiple attendees, this functionality is not available for Office Hours (and members need to use easy-add-to-calendar functionality).

10KC Introductions

Member receives an email from 10KC and clicks on âSend calendar inviteâ or "Book a meeting" CTA to find available time to connect with their match

Member receives a Slack message from 10KC and clicks on add to calendar CTA to find available time to connect with their match

Member receives a MS Teams message from 10KC and clicks on "Book a meeting" CTA to find available time to connect with their match

Easy-add-to-calendar User Experience
Easy-add-to-calendar functionality is available for all users in 10KC to easily book meetings with other members. To enable this functionality, visit the Admin panel, click on Advanced settings in the left panel, and scroll to the bottom of the page to choose your organization's calendar system.
Now when members click on any "Book a meeting" CTA in emails, Slack messages, MS Teams messages or any calendar booking button in the platform, they can easily add a meeting to their and their pairing's calendars.
Note: The above screenshot will only display the calendars selected in the Advanced settings. Also, easy-add-to-calendar functionality does not show mutually available times between participants (as there is no calendar integration done with your organization's calendar systems).
