10KC's MS Teams integration adds talent experiences to the flow of work for employees, driving their adoption and engagement.

Integrating with MS Teams allows members to easily connect to their match, chat, schedule their meetings, call and receive reminder and feedback notifications in the same group chat.

Member Experience

Creating an account on Ten Thousand Coffees

MS Teams users without 10KC accounts will receive a notification in the MS Teams app from the Ten Thousand Coffees app to claim their account.

MS Teams users with existing 10KC accounts will receive a notification from the Ten Thousand Coffees app that they’ve successfully enrolled in a MS Teams channel connected to 10KC.

Development Programs

Development Programs participants receive an invitation to join their program.

Members are matched with their mentor or mentee in a group chat, right in MS Teams.

Members also receive progress summary and program check-in notifications from the 10KC app.

Introductions

For every round of Introductions, members are connected to a colleague in a group chat, right in MS Teams. Members also receive reminder notifications in the same group chat

Finally, the 10KC Bot will privately ask members to leave a final round of feedback at the end of each round of introductions.

Office Hours

Members receive all Office Hours notifications in MS Teams. They can sign-up for new events, and leave feedback for hosts of events that they’ve attended.
