Setting your language in the hub

👤 This article is for members participating in a 10KC program.

The 10KC Hub is available in multiple languages! You can choose your preferred language when you sign up or change it later.

Our current supported languages are English (US), Spanish, French (CA), Korean, and Japanese.

⭐️ For Program Administrators looking to enable language settings within your Community, please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

✅ Steps

New Members

When you first visit the sign-up page, it will automatically appear in your browser's default language as long as it's one of our supported languages. If your browser's language isn't supported yet, the page will be displayed in English.

To manually update your language from the sign-up page, click the globe icon drop-down menu from the top of the page and select your preferred language.

Existing Members

Already have an account? No problem! Follow these easy steps to adjust your language settings:

  1. Log in to the 10KC Hub.
  2. Look for the globe icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Click the globe icon to open the language menu.
  4. Select your preferred language from the list.

The Hub will instantly switch to your chosen language.
