Use Private Events with Office Hours

Who can use this feature?

šŸ‘„ All tenant admins, hub admins, office hour hosts, and event editors.

You can turn any Office Hour event into a private one with the press of a button. Reserve events for hub members, like high potentials, mentorship program participants, or ERG members.

What to expect

  • Only invited members will be able to see or register for your event.

  • You can limit event visibility and access for specific email addresses of 10KC profile attributes.

  • Event registration links are disabled for private events.

 


 

Creating a private event

1. Press the private event toggle

When creating an Office Hour, scroll down to the ā€œtarget audienceā€ section. Press the private event toggle to make your event private.

2. Specify invites by email address

You can paste in multiple emails or type them in one at a time.
