Q. What does it mean when the link i used is either invalid or expiered?
A. When clicking on a signup/login email link there are a few conditions.
- The links are only valid within an hour of them being sent. If you are trying to follow the link after the initial 60 minutes you will have to request a new link.
- Certain links are also only able to be selected once. If you are attempting to follow the signup or log in link multiple times over you will not be able to and will have to request a new link.
⭐ After you log in, it's a good idea to delete the email because the login link in the email can only be used once. Deleting the email will also help prevent mixing it up with new login emails and using an email that's no longer valid.
Q. What should I do if I haven't received my log-in link, email verification, or sign-up email?
A. Sometimes, emails might end up in different folders in your inbox, like the 'spam' folder. This could make it seem like you didn't get the email you were waiting for.
To make sure you see all our messages, it's a good idea to check all the folders in your email. You can also add '@tenthousandcoffees.com' to your email's list of approved senders. This way, you can be sure that you get all our messages from the platform!
Also, if you entered your email wrong when you signed up or logged in, you might not get our emails. Just double-check to make sure your email is spelled correctly in your account settings.
