Sessions overview

  • Conversation rating

    • overall %age of participants who are loving or liking the sessions (as submitted in the feedback surveys)

  • Total completed surveys

    • total number of feedback surveys that are completed by all pairs across all sessions e.g. in this case we have received feedback from 544 pairings

    • we track this by using survey data – anyone who has responded to any option for the question How was your conversation (except for the Skipped response) in the meeting survey will get counted

  • Completed surveys since last session

    • total number of feedback surveys that are completed after the last session has completed

  • Skipped sessions

    • Sessions that have been skipped by pairs in the program so far.

    • We track this by using survey data – anyone who has responded to a question How was your conversation with a Skipped response.

Highlights

  • Survey completion rate

    • %age of participants who have submitted feedback surveys; we only need 1 person out of a pair to respond yes for it to count as a completed meeting.

  • Pairs that have completed a session at least once

    • %age of pairs that have completed a session at least once (session is marked completed when at least one participant in the pair has submitted feedback survey, and their response was not marked as "skipped meeting")

  • Participants that have submitted a survey response at least once

    • %age of participants that have submitted a feedback survey at least once

  • Session skipped

    • Sessions that have been skipped by pairs in the program so far.

    • We track this by using survey data – anyone who has responded to a question How was your conversation with a Skipped response.

Sessions progress

By session

This section shows how many sessions have been completed by the pairs for every touchpoint and how many participants loved the session. You can click through each of the sessions to see participant feedback. Click here to learn more about how you can see participant feedback for the program.

By pair or group

You can also see how each mentor's pair (for 1:1 mentorship) or group (for group mentorship) is performing by sessions completed, feedback rate and session rating at the pair or group-level.

  • Sessions completed

    • We track sessions completed using feedback surveys. A session is marked completed if any one member in the pair or group completes their check-in.
  • Mentor feedback rate & session rating

    • Mentor feedback rate and session rating is calculated based on session feedback submitted by the mentor for their mentee (in 1:1 mentorship program) or group of mentees (in group mentorship program)
    • For group mentorship program, we take average of feedback submitted by the mentor for all their mentees
  • Mentee feedback rate & session rating

    • Mentee feedback rate & session rating is calculated based on feedback submitted by the mentee for their mentor (in 1:1 mentorship program) or feedback submitted by a group of mentees for their mentor (in group mentorship program)
    • For group mentorship program, we take an average of feedback submitted by all the mentees for their mentor

Confirmed Participants

This section shows how many participants have confirmed to participate in the development program. The data can be filtered using any of the custom segments like Role, Department, Location etc.

Pairings

This section shows a breakdown of pairings based on custom segments like Role, Department, Location etc.

What are Completed vs Skipped sessions?

Completed and Skipped sessions are determined by participant feedback on the below survey question. If a participant answers “We skipped this meeting” the session is marked Skipped and for all other answers, the session is marked Completed.

Other useful terminology

Match performance metrics

Off track: a pair is off track if they are behind 2 meetings, i.e. none of the user in the match have completed their surveys reporting that they met

On track: a pair is on track if they are 1 meeting behind or they have completed all their meetings

đź’ˇ Note that all this depends on the number of touchpoints have gone out

Survey completion status

Ahead of the pack: user has completed 75% of the surveys, i.e. Top participation within the development program.

Front of the pack: user has completed between 50-75% of the surveys, i.e. Above average participation within the development program.

Middle of the pack: user has completed between 25-50% of the surveys, i.e. 'Average participation within the development program.

Behind the pack: user has completed less that 25% of the surveys, i.e. Below average/low participation within the development program.
