FAQ

Q: How do I know which fields to include beyond the required ones?

  • Start with the required fields, then add recommended fields based on your organization's guide. Each additional field improves matching quality and reporting capabilities.

Q: What if my HRIS or CRM export doesn't have the required field?

  • Look for the closest equivalent in your HRIS or CRM system.

Q: Should I keep my column headers consistent over time?

  • Yes, maintaining the same column headers is critical. Changing headers requires remapping data fields and can cause upload issues. Set up your export template once and reuse it for future uploads.

Q: What are the benefits of importing member data? A: Importing member data helps:

  • Create better matches through detailed profile information
  • Reduce user drop-off by pre-loading profile data
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date member information
  • Automate member invitations
  • Enable retention analysis reporting after 3-6 months

Q: What security measures are in place? A: 10KC provides enterprise-grade security:

  • SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 compliant
  • Data encryption in transit (TLS 1.2) and at rest (AES-256)
  • GDPR compliant
  • Regular third-party security audits
  • Hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure
  • Comprehensive access controls with VPN, firewall, and 2FA
  • Limited administrator access with mandatory background checks
