How to edit an Office Hour

  1. Start by navigating to the Office Hour page, select Office Hours located on the left-hand side

  2. Next, select the Office Hour you want to edit

  3. Once on the Office Hour event page, click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and select Edit.

  4. From here you can edit the Office Hour. (eg. title, host, description, event time, the number of available spots, etc.)

  5. Once you have completed the change, select Publish Event at the bottom of the page.

  6. To proceed with publication, simply click Publish Office Hour. If you wish to make further edits, select Continue editing to return to the editing interface.

    * Members will be notified of your Office Hour. You can still edit your Office Hour after publishing it.

  7. The Office Hour event has been updated!
