How to edit an Office Hour

1. Start by navigating to the Office Hour page, select Office Hours located on the left-hand side

2. Next, select the Office Hour you want to edit

3. Once on the Office Hour event page, click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and select Edit.

4. From here you can edit the Office Hour. (eg. title, host, description, event time, the number of available spots, etc.)

5. Once you have completed the change, select Update at the bottom of the page. From here, you have three choices:

A. Click on Send if you want to inform your invited members of the update You can also choose to add an optional message. 

B. Click on Don't send if you'd like to save your edit without notifying invited members.

C. Click on Back to editing if you want make further edits to the Office Hour without notifying members.
