Members receive a feedback survey after every round of Introductions. The feedback survey questions can be configured in Schedule.
Click on Introductions > Schedule in the side navigation.
Click on See questions to check what feedback survey questions will be sent to members for the current introduction cycle.
Click on Edit questions to edit the feedback survey questions for next cycle. Please note that while the questions for the next cycle will be saved in the backend, the changes will not reflect in the UI.
Each hub comes with questions created by industry experts but if you would like to change or add any questions, please feel free to do that from this screen.
Now to view the feedback shared by members head over to the Feedback section.
Click on Introductions > Feedback in the side navigation.
By default, the feedback for only the latest cycle is visible.
But you can change that from the dropdown and click on All time.
Here you can see Have Chatted (members who have chatted and left feedback).
You can also see Haven't Chatted (members who haven't chatted and left feedback on what they haven't been able to chat).
Further down you can also see Recognition & Compliments (given to members by each other).
All this data can also be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking on the blue Download CSV buttons in each section.
