How to use email templates
1. Copy content
Copy the subject and content of the email template you would like to use.
2. Paste content to the email composer
Your content will be pasted into the email composer and is ready to be edited.
3. Customize your email
Our templates use placeholder fields which you can edit to make your campaign more engaging. These fields include:
- Texts wrapped inside { } symbols (example: {Hub Name}): placeholder fields which you can update with specific hub information
- Placeholder links: all placeholder links currently use companyco. Update this name with your tenant’s name to get the correct link. Your email will automatically add the recipient’s name when it is sent out.
