authentic, ensure your resume reflects as many of the requirements of the role as
possible (e.g. professional/technical skills, experience, education), which will be outlined
in the job description. Many companies use an automated system to scan resumes for
keywords to select applicants for interviews, so try to match your resume language to
the job description. That said, you can still apply even if you don’t meet all the
