In this article, we will explain the different actions that users can perform based on their Administrator permission levels. 

Types of Administrator Permissions

There are 5 types of administrator permissions that can be assigned in 10KC: 

  • Tenant Administrators: highest permission level that can manage all Hubs, complete technical set ups and complete all Administrator actions within the site
  • Hub Administrators: can manage the Hub that they are an Administrator for and complete all Administrator actions within the Hub 
  • Development Program Administrators: can manage all Development Programs within the Hub and perform all Administrator actions for all Development Programs
  • Development Program Managers: can manage a specific Development Program and perform all Administrator actions for all Development Programs
  • Event Editor: permissions to take actions for Office Hour Events for which they are an Event Editor

Permission Actions 

Each permission level can take a variety of actions based on their permissions levels. The areas are grouped into 5 sections:
