Admin permission levels

There are several types of admin permissions - tenant admin, hub admin, event editor, development program admin and development program manager.

Tenant admins have the highest permission level, with permission to take action in all hubs within a tenant. Hub admins have permission to take actions only in the hub(s) that they are admins of. Development program admins and managers have permissions to manage specific development programs. Event editors have the most restrictive permissions, taking actions in only specific Office Hour events.

  Tenant admins can take actions in all hubs. Hub admins can only take actions in the hub that they are the admins of. Event editor permissions relate to specific Office Hours only. Development program admins can take actions only for specific programs. Development program managers can take actions only for specific programs.
Member management
Invite new members ✅ (can only invite members to the hub as a part of development program invitations) ✅ (can only invite members to the hub as a part of development program invitations)
Approve member requests to join a hub
Manage members hub-specific information (role, introduction settings)
Remove members from the hub
Export member information ✅ (can only export participant information for development programs they manage) ✅ (can only export participant information for development programs they manage)
Delete member profiles

Access other hubs that they are not a hub admin of
View all members in the tenant, including those not in any hubs
View all hubs in the tenant, including those they are not a member of
Add or delete other tenant admins
Allow members to change their email

Set tenant name and join method
Hub settings
Edit hub settings, including who can join, visibility, cover photo, title and description
Add hub admins
Introductions settings          
Change Introduction configurations and schedule
View and export current and past matches

Enable Office Hours for all hubs
Draft new Office Hour events
Approve new Office Hour events
See & download the registered participant's list
View & download Office Hours feedback
Receive all Office Hour host emails for their particular event

Updating events for events they haven’t been added to
Viewing participants or feedback for events they haven’t been added to
Development Programs
Manage (create, modify, launch, track) all Development Programs in the hub
Manage (create, modify, launch, track) select Development Programs in the hub
Create and modify Development Program templates in the hub
