10KC's Best Practices
- Limit your use of Required rules (disabling Use the next best match when members do not meet Introduction rules) to only the most critical match criteria to service your objectives. Required rules must be respected by the algorithm, so if a match cannot be made with this rule then the member(s) will not receive a match.
- Revisit your Introductions Matching rules any time your Program Objectives may change to ensure your Introductions are creating meaningful connections
- Tip: set a calendar reminder right now to refresh the Matching Rules in 6 - 12 months!
