What is Introductions Feedback?
Introductions Feedback is data collected via Introductions Feedback Surveys from participants about their Introduction. Introductions Feedback allows Administrators to see who has met with their match and provides useful information from the participant on the value that they received from their conversations(s).
What are Introductions Feedback Surveys?
Introductions Feedback Surveys are automated Surveys sent to participants after they have received their Introductions match. Introductions Feedback Surveys consist of Introductions Feedback Questions and are sent on the Introductions Feedback Date.
What are Introductions Feedback Questions?
Introductions Feedback Questions are the questions included in the Introductions Feedback Survey.
Types of Introduction Feedback Survey Questions
All Introductions Feedback Surveys come with 10KC's default question: "Did you have a chat?" This question is Multiple Choice and the response options are Yes we did and Not yet.
In addition to this default question, Administrators can add Introductions Feedback Questions of the following types:
- Free form
- Single choice
- Multiple choice
- Scale: not likely > extremely likely
- Scale: disagree > agree
- Scale: not at all > extremely

What is the Introductions Feedback Date?
Introductions Feedback is automatically requested by 10KC in the form of a Survey that is sent to participants on the Introductions Feedback Date in line with the Introductions Schedule.
On the Introductions Feedback Date, the Survey is automatically triggered. If the Introductions Notification Schedule prevents notifications from going out on that date, then the Survey will be queued to the next available date.

- In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Introductions > Schedule

Scroll to Feedback and click See questions
- Here, you will see the Feedback Questions that have been configured for your Hub

Edit Introductions Feedback Survey Questions

- In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Introductions > Schedule

Scroll to Feedback and click See questions
- Here, you will see the Feedback Questions that have been configured for your Hub
- Familiarize yourself with the Types of Introduction Feedback Questions.
- To edit the Introductions Feedback Questions for your Hub, contact 10KC's Support Team by emailing support@tenthousandcoffees.com or checking out this Article.
- Changes to your Introductions Feedback Survey will be reflected on the next Introductions date after the changes have been finalized.
Edit Introductions Feedback Date
Administrators can change the date that Introductions Feedback Surveys are sent.
- In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Introductions > Schedule
- Scroll to Introductions Feedback
- Select the icon and choose the Feedback Date for the current Introductions cycle
- Choose whether the change is to all cycles or the current cycle
- To apply to all future cycles, choose to apply the change to This and all future cycles. 10KC will remember this selection and apply the delay between the Introductions Send Date and the Introductions Feedback Date to all future cycles
- To apply the change to this cycle only, choose to apply the change to This cycle only. 10KC will send the Introductions Feedback on this date for the next cycle, and will revert back to the the previous delay between the Introduction and the Introduction Feedback Date for future cycles
- Your changes have automatically been saved

A: No. This question is 10KC's standardized way of confirming whether members met with their match, and remains uneditable to ensure consistent data collection across all various industries, demographics and locations. This consistency allows us to compare feedback, provide benchmarks and gain valuable insights.
