How to edit and add Introductions feedback questions

Important Note: Currently, only tenant admins and 10KC employees can edit Introduction questions. If you're a hub admin and need to make changes, please contact your CSM for help. They'll be happy to assist you.

You can customize Introduction questions to better suit your specific needs. This means you can edit, remove, or even add new questions after the initial "Did you have a coffee chat?" question.

The reason the "Did you have a coffee chat?" question remains uneditable is to ensure consistent data collection across all teams and locations. This consistency allows us to compare feedback and gain valuable insights.
