This month, we released new capabilities for Development Programs, rolled out a new feature to sync HR data to 10KC profiles in minutes, introduced a new API, and enhanced Help Center resources.

⭐️ What's new for Development Programs

Visualize sessions completed

Track completed sessions, feedback rates, and session ratings by pair or group.



Add members through search

Automatically search and identify members by email address or profile segments, saving you time and effort.



Flexible opt-out and opt-in

Members can now opt out or in before they are matched with anyone. For recurring programs, opt-in changes are allowed anytime.


⭐️ What's new for Integrations

Sync HRIS data to 10KC in minutes

Integrate HR data to 10KC profiles with ease using Profile Sync Manager. Use bulk deletions to ensure matches only include active employees, never former employees. Up next: support for bulk invitations and updates. For a walkthrough, contact the product team.

Automate employee reporting with 10KC API (Beta)

Enhance reporting with real-time integration of 10KC member data—including adoption, engagement, and goals—into your employee data systems or dashboards. Early beta phase now open for feedback: Evaluate the usefulness of current data and share what additional data you need. Learn more and share your feedback.

Even more effortless sign-up via SSO

Now, Single Sign-On (SSO) sign-ups can sync more than just names and emails. To learn what's involved in activating this feature, please contact product support. This is only a one-time sync. If you'd like ongoing profile updates, you can consider other options for importing member data.

  • New: Selecting program managers is now easier because you can see account profile images in the search results.
  • Fixed: Easily stitch together different sources of survey data with improved file formatting and program survey CSVs enriched with participant data.


  • New: Introduction match emails now boast enhanced French Canadian (fr-CA) translations, ensuring clarity and accessibility for more users.

Help Center

  • New: Members clicking the "Help Center" link while signed into 10KC will now enjoy automatic sign-in, providing effortless access to support resources.
