You can still adjust your preferences like role and mentee capacity after joining a Development program. Simply follow these steps:

1. Go to the Development Programs page in the left-side menu.
2. Click the program title to view its details.
3. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the program page.
4. In the Participant profile drawer, select the Preferences tab.
5. Click Edit next to Program preferences.
6. Make your desired changes and click Save.
