Configure your 10KC on-platform Communications

Edit your Welcome Page 

To learn more about the Welcome Page, read full article here.

  1. In the left navigation bar of your Hub, click Hub Settings Edit Welcome Page
  2. Edit the text by scrolling to the About the community section and using the formatting options available in the text editor window 
  3. Add a Video URL (optional) 
    • Your Hub comes pre-populated with 10KC's 'How it Works' video. We encourage you to replace this video with a personalized video for your members to share the why and what of your Program. 
  4. Select Update once complete
  5. Check it out by visiting Welcome on the left navigation bar when you're done  

Edit your Hub Description

  1. Click Hub Settings in the left navigation menu 
  2. Scroll to Hub Description 
  3. Click Edit
  4. Make edits
  5. Click Save changes

Configure your 10KC Invite Campaign

  1. In the left navigation bar of your 10KC hub, navigate to Invite Members > Invitation Emails
  2. Customize the copy within the Invite Campaign 
    • Click the to expand your pre-configured Campaign 
  3. Click the beside each item to review and customize if required 
  4. Edit the Email Subject or the Email Body 
  5. Configure the Sending Schedule based on the Communications Plan you've finalized 
  6. If your Program is localized, validate translations by clicking Edit the translations
  7. Click Save
  8. Click Send me a test to validate
