👤 This article is for Hub Administrators, Development Program Managers, or Development Program Administrators.

In this Article we will take you through the steps to generate additional matches after your program has already commenced.

✅ Navigate to your Development Program

1. Login to your 10KC Hub
2. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, go to Development Programs > Manage Programs
   • Don't see this option? You may not have the proper permissions
3. Click on the Draft tab (if your program is unpublished) or the Live tab (if your program is published) to locate your program
4. Select the program 

✅ How to Create and Confirm Matches

1. Login to 10KC

2. From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Development Programs.

3. Select Manage Programs.

4. From the Live programs tab, select the program you would like to edit.

5. Select the Smart-matches tab.

   Note: Your Development Program is currently in Live mode, which can be seen in the top right.

6. You can bring the program back to “matching mode” by toggling and clicking Matching in the top right.

7. You will receive a warning pop-up to indicate that you are switching to “matching mode”

8. Click Confirm.

9. You can now create and confirm the new matches for your program.

   • This can be done via the algorithm or manually.

10. Once you have added all matches, ensure that your program is switched back to “live mode”

11. Click the blue Go live button on the Smart-matches tab at the top-right.

12. A warning pop-up will appear indicating that you are switching your program back to “live mode”

13. Click Confirm.

14. Now click Send match emails to send match emails to the newly matches participants.❗️Note this is a required step to unpause the program.

15. Since the program has already started, it is recommended that you send any missed session communications to all added matches.

✅ Resend Development Program Communications

1. Follow these steps to resend Development Program communications.

If you are not adding all matches simultaneously, ensure that you have toggled your program back to Live status and sent match emails to new matches. This ensure that the steps in the program are executed as planned.

You can come back at any time to add or modify matches by using the same steps.
