Development Programs, by default, are created as Drafts. Administrators must publish a Development Program to make it Live and make it visible to participants.

In this article we will take you through the steps of publishing your Development Program (making it Live).
⏳ The steps in this article are expected to take 5 minutes to complete.
What does it mean if a Development Program is in Live Status?
- Participants who are invited to the Development Program can see it and accept their invitation
- The Development Program Schedule will automatically trigger
- Invited participants will be able to see the curriculum and schedule
- If your schedule starts while your program is in draft no communications will go out
- You can no longer edit or send Development Program Invites
- You may still make changes to your Curriculum, Schedule, Surveys
✅ Make a Development Program Live
- Complete all steps in the Setting up a Development Program section, including:
- Development Program Settings
- Development Program Curriculum
- Development Program Surveys (ensure they are created, launched and scheduled)
- Development Program Schedule
- Development Program Notifications (Invite, if applicable, and Match Email)
- Navigate to your Development Program
- In the left navigation menu of your Development Program, click Setup
- ❗️ Make sure you understand the considerations of making your Development Program Live
- Click Publish program
- Confirm by clicking Publish program in the confirmation window
