What is a Development Program Notification Schedule? 

Development Program Schedule notifications allow Administrators to customize the date(s) that the 10KC platform will not send Development Program notifications.

This is a helpful tool for Always On Development Programs. It can also be used as an extra safeguard to ensure that notifications will not be sent at undesirable times (such as weekends and holidays).

1. Navigate to your Development Program
2. In the left menu, select Schedule
3. Click on Edit Schedule 
4. Navigate to the Notifications tab
5. Customize dates that notifications can go out
   • By day of the week: select days for participant notifications (e.g. weekdays)
   • By date range: 
     • Single date/date range: click Add date, give it a label (for Administrators only) and select dates 
     • Multiple date rants: click Add date, click Try bulk add options and follow the instructions on the screen 
   • Click Save
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm all your edits.
