What are Development Program Participant Statuses?

Development Program Participant Statuses show the program admin what stage the participant is in after they are added to the development program. These statuses are helpful for participant and invitation management in the program.

What are the available Participant Statuses?

Status Definition
Ready to invite The participant has a 10KC account and is ready to be invited to the program*
Needs account The participant does not have a 10KC account but can still be invited to the program* (they will need to join 10KC platform first and then join the program)
Invited The participant has been invited to the program using development program invitation and already has a hub account (note if participant has been invited using hub invites, then this status would not reflect that)
Invited (needs account) The participant has been invited to the program using development program invitation but still needs a hub account (note if participant has been invited using hub invites, then this status would not reflect that)
Confirmed The participant has confirmed they are joining the program by either accepting the program invitation or program admin manually confirming their participation.
Declined  The participant has declined the program invitation
Opted out The participant has opted out of the program after accepting the original invitation
Removed The participant has been removed from the program by a program admin
Ongoing** The participant is in a current cycle and will be automatically confirmed in the next program cycle on the program start date

*They might have received the hub invitation which is not reflected in participant statuses

**This status is only available for recurring development programs

✅ Viewing Participant Statuses

As an Administrator, you can see a participant's status after they have been added to the Program. 

  1. Navigate to your Development Program 
  2. In the left navigation menu of the Development Program, click Participants 
  3. View Participant Status
    • To find the status of a specific participant, find the participant you are looking for by using the Search bar or by filtering by Status
    • Click Download members to view status of all participants
  4. View the information in the Status column

✅ Editing Participant Statuses

As an Administrator, you can change a participant's status after they have been added to the Program. 

  1. Navigate to your Development Program 
  2. In the left navigation menu of the Development Program, click Participants 
  3. Find the participant you are looking for using the Search bar or by filtering by Status
  4. Click their status and update it as per your needs
