How do I manually create matches in a Development Program?

👤 This article is for Hub Administrators, Development Program Managers, or Development Program Administrators.

In this article, we will walk Administrators through the steps of manually generating matches in a Development Program. 

✅ Navigate to your Development Program

  1. Login to your 10KC Hub
  2. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, go to Development Programs > Manage Programs
    • Don't see this option? You may not have the proper permissions
  3. Click on the Draft tab (if your program is unpublished) or the Live tab (if your program is published) to locate your program
  4. Select the program 

✅ Manually create matches in a Development Program

  1. In the left navigation menu of your Development Program, click Smart Matches
  2. Click Create matches Create manually
  3. You will see the primary role column on the left and secondary role column on the right (learn more about program roles here)
  4. Search for program participants in both columns 
  5. Click Save changes 
  6. For Group Mentorship programs, repeat the above steps 
  7. Find the match on the Smart Matches tab
  8. Toggle on the Lock button beside the match
