How to manage your Office Hours attendee list

This guide will walk you through the steps of adding, removing, approving, and re-inviting attendees for your Office Hour event.

  1. Go to your Office Hour event page.
  2. Click on "See all attendees". Here, you can add participants, remove participants, approve waitlisted participants, and re-invite cancelled participants.

1. Adding participants

By search

  1. Go to the “Confirmed” tab. This tab shows all participants that have confirmed registration.
  2. Click on “Add attendees”.
  3. Enter names or email addresses, individually or in a list.
  4. Click on “Add attendee(s)
  5. Confirm you want to add your attendee(s). You can also add in an optional message to the attendees.

  1. Go to the “Confirmed tab”. This tab shows all participants that have confirmed registration.
  2. Click on “Add attendee(s)”
  3. Click on “Add by filtering”
  4. Select your filtering criteria
  5. Click on “Add attendee(s)”
  6. Confirm you want to add your attendee(s). You can also add in an optional message to the attendees.

2. Removing participants

  1. Go to the “Confirmed” tab. This tab shows all participants that have confirmed registration.
  2. Select the participants you want to remove.
  3. Click on “Remove attendee(s)
  4. Confirm you want to remove your attendee(s). You can also add in an optional message to the attendees.

3. Approving waitlisted participants

When you want to have more control your attendee list, you can setup an Office Hour with a registration type of “Select from registration list”.

As members join the waitlist for your event, you’ll need to manually approve them as confirmed participants. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the “Waitlisted” tab. This tab shows all participants on your waitlist.
  2. Select the participants you want to approve.
  3. Click on “Confirm attendee(s)
  4. Confirm you want to approve your attendee(s). You can also add in an optional message to the attendees.

4. Re-inviting cancelled participants

  1. Go to the “Cancelled” tab. This tab shows all participants that have cancelled their registration.
  2. Click on “Reinvite attendee(s)
  3. Confirm you want to reinvite your cancelled attendee(s). You can also add in an optional message to the attendees.
