- Scenario: Present a hypothetical scenario where a team is facing a big change at work.
- Group Brainstorming: Divide participants into small groups and have them brainstorm how they would lead their teams through this change. Focus on:

- How would you make sure everyone is on board with the change?
- What kind of support would you need to provide to your team?
