A Security Contact is a person or mailbox that 10KC may contact in the event of a security incident.

Why does 10KC need this information?
10KC maintains a formal written agreement with each customer stipulating that we will promptly notify them within a 24-hour timeframe in the event of any security breaches. This commitment to timely notification is further emphasized by the privacy regulations applicable to 10KC. The contact information provided will facilitate precise communication with the relevant stakeholders from the customer's side during a security incident.
Additionally, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 10KC is obligated to develop and maintain a comprehensive Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) document to ensure the thorough documentation of all processing operations undertaken involving 10KC. The information gathered through this process constitutes a critical component of this ROPA requirement.
