⭐️ What's new for Development Programs

• Refreshed invitation email templates.
  Give every employee a reason to join with new invite email templates that clearly communicate what’s in it for them. We’ve updated invitation emails for the following use-cases: Mentorship, Onboarding, Manager Effectiveness, and Sponsorship. To access these invitations, learn more in the Help Center.

• Auto-generated program landing pages.
  Set the right expectations early with development program landing pages that outline what each program session entails and what’s expected of participants. Learn more.

⭐️ Small but still mighty updates

• New smart matches highlights. We’ve added highlights to the Smart-matches tab so you can see a breakdown of matches by roles, experience, hire date or any other available profile segment. Additionally, you can also easily see unmatched participants and copy or download their emails for further communication. Learn more.
• Improved manual matching experience. We’ve made it easier to match participants manually by displaying the correct program role headers, showing only primary role participants in the first column and secondary role in the second column and also fixed the UI issues with the feature. Learn more.
• Adding more matches made easier. You can now easily see the accurate number of recipients while triggering match emails so you know exactly how many participants would receive the match notification. Previously all program participants were included in this number. Learn more.
• Invitation email editor. We’ve enhanced the development program invitation email editor so you can customize text in more ways, and include JPEG images.
• Member-level matching rules. Profile segment names are now shown while bulk editing member-level matching rules so it’s easier to add match exclusions
• Combo matching rules. We’ve added the ability to easily duplicate combo matching rules in development programs.
