We’re so excited to share that Pathways are here 🎉 Our latest feature enables you to sequence office hours, development programs and networking into a tailored learning journey for specific talent groups or business goals.

Automate Development Program Enrollment

Now you can automatically add new members to Development Programs based on their 10KC profile segments such as Roles, Departments, and Locations. Customize enrollment by selecting whether participants are “invited” (requiring confirmation” or “confirmed” (automatically enrolled) based on their profile and your criteria. Learn more.

Select program role labels during program setup

Admins can choose program role labels (e.g. “Mentor”, “Peer”, “Sponsor”) for participants from a drop-down list when setting up Development Program, tailoring the program experience and communication for each role. Learn more.

Build an inclusive community with AI powered Auto-Translations

Participants have access to auto-translated program names, program description, session titles, session emails and feedback surveys. Admins can also easily add or modify the translations. Learn more.

 

⭐️ What's new in Office Hours

Our improved feedback process is tailored to support stronger connections and professional growth after every Office Hour.

  • Prompt for host feedback. Hosts can now provide post-event feedback through a focused survey, offering admins valuable insights for future event planning.
  • Show appreciation easily with a thank you note. Hosts can leave a note to their group after the event, which we'll deliver two days later. Participants in turn can share feedback that we'll send to the host three days after the event
  • Effortless event planning. After viewing participant feedback, hosts can now easily propose to repeat successful events or new events. This ensures your program has events participants will love and eliminates the need to manually coordinate events over email.

Enhanced Participant Management

Admins can now directly add or remove participants, approve those on the waitlist, and send optional messages to update attendees about these changes. This enhanced functionality offers more control over program participation and improved communication. Learn more.
