✅ Viewing Member Interests and Goals

  1. Access Members Data

    • Log into the platform → Select Data & Reporting → Select Members

    • This will bring you to the Members Data dashboard, where you can find all data associated with the members on the platform.

  2. View Interests:

    • This dashboard shows a breakdown of interests, including the number of members who have selected each interest and and the percentages indicating the proportion of all members who have selected each interest in the hub.

    • The data shows the distribution of interests among the members, helping to understand which interests are most common and can be useful for planning Office Hours.

  3. Analyze Goals:

    • In the same dashboard, find the section for Goals selected by members. Here, you can see two key metrics for each goal:

      • Want %: The percentage of members who are seeking this goal

      • Offer %: The percentage of members who are offer their expertise related to this goal

    • You can use this information to prioritize which topics of Office Hours your members are most interested in and which ones to prioritize booking sooner rather than later. For example, you might find that 52% of your members want mentorship skills, while 44% can offer it. This indicates a high demand and a good proportion of people who can offer their expertise on that goal, making it a great topic to consider when planning for Office Hours.

Deeper Analysis

Based on the insights from the data, develop specialized Office Hours that cater to the most popular goals and interests. For example, if there is a high demand for career opportunities and professional networking, dedicate a series of Office Hours sessions to topics like resume building, networking strategies, and career development. This approach not only meets the immediate needs of your members but also fosters a sense of community and continuous learning.
