What is Introductions Frequency?

Introductions Frequency is the frequency in which Hub Introductions are automatically sent. It is configurable by Administrators and can be set to trigger Introductions every:

  • 1 week

  • 2 weeks

  • 3 weeks

  • 4 weeks

  • 6 weeks

  • 8 weeks

  • 12 weeks

  • 24 weeks

Edit Introductions Frequency

To edit the frequency of Introductions in your Hub:

  1. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Introductions > Schedule

  2. Scroll to Introductions Frequency

  3. Choose the frequency of Introductions for your Hub

  4. Your changes will save automatically

  • Be strategic about frequency and consider the availability of participants and the prioritization of the Introductions initiative. Scheduling Introductions too frequently can result in disengaged participants or participants not meeting with their match. Scheduling Introductions too infrequently can detract from the momentum of your Program.
