Once you add dates to prevent notifications going out on specific days or dates, the system will automatically queue notifications to be sent on the next available date.
10KC's Best Practices
If you are setting a date range for a period of time that's longer than the delay between two Introductions notifications, consider pausing Introductions altogether. Otherwise, the system will queue all notifications and all notifications will be released on the next available date. This will result in multiple notifications going out on the same date.
Prevent Introductions notifications from going out on weekends
Prevent Introductions notifications from going out on major holidays
While customizing the Introductions notifications schedule to optimize when users are receiving notifications, consider that consistency in the user experience is ideal. Members receiving Introductions at the same approximate time every month creates a predictable experience and creates excitement and anticipation leading up to the Introductions date. Due to this, be thoughtful about when you are preventing notifications from going out.
