What is the Office Hours Data Dashboard?
The Office Hours Data Dashboard is a dashboard available to Administrators that displays key information about the Office Hours being hosted within a Hub. Specifically:
Navigating to the Office Hours Data Dashboard
In the left navigation menu of your Hub, click on Data & Reporting and click on the Office Hours tab.
Ensure Enhanced data dashboard is toggled on.
Select the Date range you would like to view the data for.
Office Hour Overview
Here you can see the following information for the Date Range selected for the Dashboard:
See the average Office Hours rating of all Office Hours
See the total number of hosted events
See the total number of unique attendees
See the total number of unique Office Hour hosts
See the Feedback completion rate
Office Hour Highlights
Here you can see Office Hour Highlights for the Date Range you've selected for the Dashboard, including:
Total # of events
Broken down by public vs. private
% of Office Hours that have waitlists
Total # of attendees
Broken down into # of one-time attendees vs. repeated attendees
Total # of hosts
Broken down by one-time hosts vs. repeated hosts
# of Office Hours Over Time
Here you can view the number of Office Hours as trends over time within your Hub, for the Date Range you've selected for the Dashboard. Specifically, here you can:
View the information as daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly trends.
Choose to display the information cumulatively or as a representation of changes, by toggling the Cumulative toggle
Office Hours
Here you can view a list of the Office Hours hosted for the Date Range you've selected to the Dashboard. Specifically you can:
View Office Hour Title, Host, Date, Number of attendees, Status, Privacy, Rating, RSVP limit and Waitlisted attendees
You can sort columns by highest > lowest by clicking the column you'd like to sort
You can download the information by clicking Download CSV
Office Hour Feedback
Here you can see Office Hour Feedback. Specifically, you can:
View all qualitative feedback submitted by Hosts or Attendees
Filter by Host sentiment by using the filter
Filter by Attendee sentiment by using the filter
Download the information by clicking Download CSV
