Use the Data Dashboard to get key insights on your Members, connectivity program (Introductions), Office Hours and Connections.
How to access the data dashboard
Click on Data in the sidebar navigation and you will see different tabs: Members, Introductions, Office Hours and Connections
Members
Use the Members tab to track who has joined the hub, what their preferred goals and interests are and program adoption over time.
Introductions
Use the Introductions tab to see how many connections have been made over time, how many members have messaged each other and left feedback after the meetings.
Office Hours
Use the Office Hours tab to find out how many Office Hours have been hosted over time, total and unique attendees and feedback rating for the events.
Connections
Use the Connections tab to find out how many connections have been made in the community, who are the most active members (members with most connections) and how many messages have been sent over time.
