What is the Members Data Dashboard?

The Members Data Dashboard is a dashboard available to Administrators to view important information about the members within a Hub. Specifically:

In this Article we will explain each of the key pieces information information available on this Dashboard.

Navigating to the Member Dashboard

In the left navigation menu of your Hub, click on Data & Reporting and click on the Members tab.

Here you can view information related to members joining the Hub. Specifically, you can view:

Verified members %: members who have verified their email address. Unverified members either haven't verified their email address yet or who email invitation has bounced.
Opted into introductions: members who have Introductions enabled.
Claimed invitations: members who have been invited to the Hub and have claimed their account.

Here you can view Highlights for the Interests and Goal selections by members within your Hub. Specifically, you can:

See the top Goals and Interests of Members within your Hub.
- This widget includes the most offered goal, most wanted goal and most selected interest.

Here you can view information related to the members who have joined your Hub. Specifically, you can:

View the total number of members who have joined the Hub.
Choose to display this information on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
Filter by specific dates
Show numbers cumulatively or changes by using the Cumulative toggle.
Download this information by clicking Download CSV.

Here you can view summarized information about the members within your Hub. Specifically, you can:

Filter this information by Profile Segments using the Filter breakdown.
- By default this information will show any members that meet any of your filters. If you select more than one filter, a toggle will appear, allowing you to switch between showing members that match any or match all of your filters.
Download this information by clicking Download CSV.

Here you can view the Goals selected by members within your Hub. Specifically, you can:

See the Goals selected by Members in your Hub.
Filter this information by Profile Segments using the Filter breakdown.
