What is the Connections Data Dashboard?

The Connections Data Dashboard is a dashboard available to Administrators that provides key information on the connections that have been made within a Hub. It includes:

What is a 'Connection'?

Connections are counted when two members have exchanged at least one message through the platform or by email. Connections can be started through Introductions or direct outreach.

Navigating to the Connections Data Dashboard

In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Data & Reporting and navigate to the Connections tab.

Connections Made

Here you can see the connections made over time and the net changes within the last seven days.

Leaderboard

See which members have made the most connections within your Hub. Specifically, here you can:

  • View the members who have connected the most within a specified date range

  • View the members' Ranking, Name, Profile Segment Information, # of Connections, and a link to view their Connections

  • Download this information by clicking Download CSV

What is Convo Source?

Convo source is how the conversation was started - there are four options for this column:

  • Introductions: members are Introduced via Introductions and have a conversation through the 10KC platform

  • Program: members are introduced via Development Programs and have a conversation through the 10KC platform

  • Invited: members start a conversation through Directory Search or another method through the 10KC platform

  • Opportunity: applies to Office Hours

Messages sent

Here you can see the # of messages sent within your Hub. Specifically, here you can:

  • Filter to display messages information from within a specific date range

  • View the # of unique members who sent a message (vs. viewing all messages sent) within the specified date range

  • View the total # of messages sent within the specified date range

  • Quick filter to display messages sent In the last 30 days or All time

  • Display information for messages sent on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
