What is the Introductions Data Dashboard?
The Introductions Data Dashboard is a dashboard available to Administrators to view key information related to the Introductions that have taken place within the Hub. It includes:
Total # of Introductions made all time or within specified cycle(s)
Introductions Message Rate
Introductions Feedback Rate
Navigating to the Introductions Data Dashboard
In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Data & Reporting
Navigate to the Introductions tab
Select the cycle(s) that you would like to view data for
Quick filter to choose All time or Year to date
Introductions Highlights
At the top of the Introductions Data Dashboard, you will see a few key highlights related to your Introductions:
Introductions made: the total number of Introductions made within the defined cycle(s) on the Dashboard
Message rate: the % of Introductions that resulted in a message being sent
Feedback rate: the % of Introductions that feedback was submitted for
Pairing Breakdown
Here you can see the pairings by Profile Segment for the cycle(s) selected for the Dashboard. Specifically, here you can:
View the # of Introductions between different Profile Segment Values
View the % of pairings that were within the same Profile Segment vs in different Profile Segments
Sort the information alphabetically or highest to lowest
Download the information by clicking Download CSV
