✅ Sessions Overview

  • Conversation Rating: The overall percentage of participants who indicate they are "loving" or "liking" their sessions, based on submitted feedback surveys.

  • Total Pairings: The total number of unique pairings in a specific program cycle, or an aggregate view across multiple cycles.

  • Total Completed Surveys: The total number of feedback surveys submitted by participants since the last session has completed. Please note: Anyone who selected "skipped session" is not included in this calculation.

  • Skipped Sessions: The count of sessions that have been explicitly skipped by pairs in the program so far.

✅ Highlights

The "Highlights" section provides quick, high-level metrics on overall program engagement and activity.

  • Survey Completion Rate: Understand participant engagement by seeing the total number of surveys submitted divided by the total number of participants in the program.

  • Pairings Have Met: Know how many pairings have successfully connected. A pair is considered "met" if at least one participant in the pair has submitted feedback confirming they've met.

  • Pairings Skipped Session: Identify the total number of pairs who have indicated they skipped their sessions.

✅ Sessions Completed Per Meeting

The "Sessions completed per meeting" section provides a quick overview of engagement and feedback for each session within your program.

What This Section Displays

  • All Program Sessions: This table lists every session scheduled in your program.

  • Completion Progress (Green Bar): For each session, a green progress bar indicates the percentage or number of meeting surveys that have been completed by participants. This helps you quickly gauge feedback submission rates.

  • Feedback Metrics (e.g., Heart/Thumbs Up Icons): You may also see icons like a heart or a thumbs-up next to numbers (e.g., "31 / 62"), which represent key feedback metrics like positive responses or overall engagement for that session.

Accessing Session Feedback Details

If you click on any individual session listed in this table (e.g., "Session 1: Goal Setting & Getting to Know Each Other"), a drawer will open, providing detailed feedback for that specific session.

Accessing Session Feedback Details

If you click on any individual session listed in this table (e.g., "Session 1: Goal Setting & Getting to Know Each Other"), a drawer will open, providing detailed feedback for that specific session.

Within the session feedback drawer:

  • A summary of all the survey questions asked for that session.

  • The ability to filter feedback based on sentiment (e.g., Positive, Neutral, Negative).

  • The option to download a report of all feedback for the session.

  • Detailed participant feedback, allowing you to review individual responses.

  • You can also click on the "Compliments" section to see any compliments participants have left for each other. Participants are made aware that these compliments are shared with program managers.

Understanding Sentiment Scores: In various feedback surveys, you may see Sentiment Scores which give a quick view of the overall sentiment of the participant feedback (i.e., if it's Positive, Neutral, or Negative).

Skipped Session Feedback: This section within the session feedback drawer provides insights into why some members are not completing their program sessions. When participants indicate a skipped session, they are prompted to provide feedback with the following default options (not customizable), along with an "Other" option for free-form feedback:

  • We have scheduled a meeting in the future

  • I messaged them but did not get a response

  • They were not available to meet

  • I am not available to meet

  • Not interested in the session topic

  • I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do

  • Other (free-form feedback)

Managing Session Feedback Submissions and Reminders

  • You can click on the "Participants" tab to see a detailed list of who has and has not submitted feedback for that specific session.

  • To prompt participants who haven’t submitted feedback:

    • You can trigger a progress summary to everyone who has not yet given feedback for that session.

    • Alternatively, you can use the 🔔 bell icon to individually trigger feedback reminders for specific participants.

✅ Member Progress

The "Member Progress" table allows you to track individual engagement at the member level and identify your most engaged participants throughout the program.

  • Sessions Completed: We track session completion using feedback surveys. A session is marked as completed if any one member in the pair or group completes their check-in for that session.

  • Mentor Feedback Rate and Session Rating: These metrics are calculated based on session feedback submitted by the mentor for their mentee (in a 1:1 mentorship program) or their group of mentees (in a group mentorship program).

  • Group Mentorship Calculation: For group mentorship programs, we calculate the average of feedback submitted by the mentor for all their mentees.

✅ Skills Overview

The "Skills Overview" section provides insights into the skill development taking place within your program.

This section is relevant for programs that have:

  • Attached specific skills to each of their sessions.

  • Included the "Dynamic skill" question in their meeting surveys. This question is typically phrased as: "In this session, you were given the opportunity to discuss, practice and apply your skills. Which skills did you work on?"

Within this overview, you will be able to see a breakdown of the skills worked on by participants throughout the program, based on their responses to the dynamic skill question in the meeting surveys.

✅ Filtering by Hub Segments

The Data Dashboard includes a dedicated section that allows you to analyze your program data by various segments configured in your account. This provides a detailed view of your participants and how they are matched, helping you understand the distribution within your program.

  • Group by Segments: You can select how to "Group by" segments, such as Role, Department, Location, or any other custom segment relevant to your organization.

  • Key Views: This section provides two primary views based on your selected segment:

    • Confirmed Participants by Segment: This view shows the breakdown of your program's confirmed participants across the selected segment. For instance, if grouped by "Role," you can see the number of members (and their percentage) in each role (e.g., "Individual Contributor," "Manager," "Sr. Manager," "Director," "Sr. Manager," etc.).

    • Number of Pairings by Segment: Below the participant breakdown, you'll see the number of matches by the selected segment. This is useful for understanding how pairings are distributed. For example, if grouped by "Role," you could see pairings like "Individual Contributor - Manager" or "Director - Sr. Manager."
