Networking Development Program Data Dashboard: Tracking Your Program Results

👤 This article is for Hub Administrators, Development Program Managers, or Development Program Administrators.

This article guides you through using the Networking Program Data Dashboard, a tool designed to help you manage and measure the success of your programs. Learn how to navigate the dashboard, interpret key metrics for sessions and participant progress, and leverage its features for insightful program analysis.

You can use the index on the right side of this page to quickly jump to specific sections as needed.

Navigate to your Development Program

  1. Login to your 10KC Hub

  2. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, go to Development Programs > Manage Programs

    • Don't see this option? You may not have the proper permissions

  3. Click on the Draft tab (if your program is unpublished) or the Live tab (if your program is published) to locate your program

  4. Select the program

✅ Filtering the Data Dashboard

The Data Dashboard offers a customizable view of your program's performance. In the top right corner, you can select the specific cohorts you want to see data for. You also have the ability to filter results for current cycle only or view data from all cycles. Once you make your selection, the dashboard updates to reflect your chosen criteria.

✅ Sessions Overview

  • Conversation Rating: See the overall percentage of participants who are "loving" or "liking" their sessions, based on feedback surveys.

  • Total Pairings: Track the total number of pairings in a specific cycle, or across multiple cycles for an aggregate view.

  • Total Completed Surveys: Monitor the total number of feedback surveys submitted by participants within a cycle or across cycles.

✅ Highlights

  • Survey Completion Rate: Understand engagement by seeing the total number of surveys submitted divided by the total number of participants.

  • Pairings Have Met: Know how many pairings have connected. We consider a pair "met" if at least one participant in the pair has submitted feedback confirming they've met.

  • Pairings Skipped Session: Identify the number of pairs who skipped their sessions.

  • Recognitions: See the total number of recognitions participants have shared for each other.

  • Compliments: Track the total number of compliments participants have given each other.

✅ Sessions Completed Per Cycle

Beyond the session overview and highlights, the Data Dashboard allows you to analyze performance on a cycle-by-cycle basis. A dedicated table displays key metrics for each cycle, including:

  • Number of participants and pairings in different cycles

  • Number of pairings who have met and the conversation rating of each cycle

✅ Member Progress

The Member Progress table lets you track individual engagement at the member-level and see who are the most engaged participants.

  • We track sessions completed using feedback surveys. A session is marked completed if any one member in the pair or group completes their check-in.

✅ Filtering by Hub Segments

The Data Dashboard includes a section that allows you to analyze your program data by various segments configured in your account. This provides a detailed view of your participants and how they are matched, helping you understand the distribution within your program.

You can select how to "Group by" segments, such as Role, Department, Location, or any other custom segment relevant to your organization.

This section provides two key views:

  • Confirmed Participants by Segment: This view shows the breakdown of your program's confirmed participants across the selected segment. For instance, if grouped by "Role," you can see the number of members (and their percentage) in each role (e.g., "Individual Contributor," "Manager," "Sr. Manager," "Director," "Sr. Director," etc.).

  • Number of Pairings by Segment: Below the participant breakdown, you'll see the number of matches by the selected segment. This is useful for understanding how pairings are distributed. For example, if grouped by "Role," you could see pairings like "Individual Contributor - Manager" or "Director - Sr. Manager."
