Gather the necessary information:
Email copy: Draft the email to accompany the certificate. You can customize everything except the text in bold.
Participant list: Provide a list of all participants who should receive a certificate. Specify if it's for both programs (mentors and mentees).
Timeline: Indicate when the certificates need to be sent.
Certificate details:
Border color (if you want something other than the default)
If you want the your logo added beside the 10KC logo
Program role (if applicable)
Link to the DevPro
Any special instructions (e.g., send only to participants who provided a certain amount of feedback)
Submit a request to the Support team: Provide the Support team with all the details gathered in step 1. The more information you give them, the better they can accommodate your request. Be sure to include:
Preferred send-out date for the certificates
All details about the certificate design (logo, border color, etc.)
Any special requirements for sending the certificates
Support team generates a template: The Support team will create a certificate template based on your instructions and send it to you for review.
Review and approve the template: Once you approve the template, the Support team will generate the certificates.
Certificates are sent: The Support team will send the certificates to the participants via email.
Important Notes:
We cannot use custom certificates supplied by the customer.
We can create different certificates for mentors and mentees.
It's best to give the Support team as much notice as possible so they can schedule the certificate generation and distribution.
