If you are promoting the new program internally in newsletters, on your intranet or in other places make sure to promote the titles and host names as well.
Once you start inviting people to the hub, generate an event link for each Office Hour. You can add these links to any communications you might be sending out internally which will prompt employees to create a profile and register.
