Administrators have the ability to configure some privacy and automation settings in their Introductions settings. All of these settings are pre-configured with 10KC's Best Practices.

This setting determines whether Introductions are automatically sent from 10KC. If enabled, Introductions will automatically send according to the Introductions schedule. If disabled, members will need to come to the Hub to request a match.

⭐️ 10KC recommends enabling this setting.

This setting determines whether member email addresses are shared in their Introduction notification. If enabled, match notifications will include the participants email address. If disabled, the participants email address will be hidden in the match message and members will only be able to reply to Introductions in the 10KC Hub.

⭐️ 10KC recommends enabling this setting for organizations that are not member-based. This applies to most organizations.

10KC allows members to schedule their Introductions conversation directly from their match notification, and this setting prompts members to add 10KC's Meeting Contact to the scheduled calendar invitation. This allows 10KC and Administrators to have increased visibility around whether the matches completed their Introduction. If enabled, when members schedule their Introduction conversation they will be able to add [email protected] to the calendar invite. If disabled members will not see this option.

⭐️ For organizations using 10KC's calendar integrations, this setting is not required. For organizations that are not leveraging 10KC's calendar integrations, it's recommended to enable this setting.
