Share Email Delivery Instructions: Share this link with the customer.
Confirmation and Testing: After the customer confirms following the instructions, send invite emails to their team for an email delivery test.
Verification Process:
If the invite emails are received, it indicates that email delivery is working as expected.
In case invite emails are not received, promptly create a request in the #product-support channel on Slack.
